Moving out of my Parents house.

I installed this diesel heater into a Nanuk case. It will then be fastened to the exterior roof of my camper with the heat and power being routed inside via the roof of the camper.

I primarily would love hear if this unit is truly safe or if you guys can catch something I didn’t think of.

  • the case is lined with foam to keep the heater in place and quiet. Is this a bad idea?

  • there are breather holes for the gas tank breather as well as excess air port at the back of the heater.

  • the exhaust will be routed out of the box via the exhaust line that came with the unit – air intake will be routed into the unit as well.
