EDGEFIELD, S.C.—The National Wild Turkey Federation welcomes TriStar Arms as a returning sponsor for the NWTF Convention and Sport Show, set to return to Nashville, Feb. 16, 2022.
“We are delighted to again to team up with NWTF as a Gobbler Sponsor. The NWTF Convention is like no other, the excitement and energy in the room is hard to duplicate,” said Ryan Bader, vice president of sales and marketing at TriStar. “Anytime you can find a corporate partner that shares the same passion and energy as you do, it’s always a win. Throw in conservation, great programs that introduce women and children to the outdoors and it’s easy to see why TriStar continues to be part of this great event.”
As a Gobbler Sponsor, TriStar Arms—a premiere importer of quality Turkish firearms and convention sponsor since 2014—will be one of the sponsors for Saturday’s Grand National Auction and dinner. The auction is the convention’s largest auction with the greatest collection of once-in-a-lifetime vacations and hunting trips and unique outdoor gear. TriStar Arms also will be occupying booth 1741 in the exhibit hall.
“We are grateful for the continued support of TriStar as a sponsor and exhibitor in the Sport Show, said Natalia Daniels, NWTF national director of corporate relations and licensing. “TriStar’s commitment to NWTF helps us provide a great experience for our convention guests, but it reaches many other aspects of our mission delivery.”
The NWTF Convention and Sport Show, officially sponsored by Mossy Oak, is set to begin Thursday, Feb. 17 with the Rendezvous sessions, the Kickoff Party and the opening of the Sport Show floor, which features more than 400 of the best vendors in the outdoor industry. The NWTF Sport Show runs from Thursday to Saturday in the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. Convention festivities conclude with a worship service on Sunday, Feb. 20.
About the National Wild Turkey Federation
When the National Wild Turkey Federation was founded in 1973, there were about 1.3 million wild turkeys in North America. After decades of work, that number hit a historic high of almost 7 million turkeys. To succeed, the NWTF stood behind science-based conservation and hunters’ rights. Today, the NWTF is focused on the future of hunting and conservation through its Save the Habitat. Save the Hunt. initiative. Since 2012, this 10-year initiative has already eclipsed goals of conserving or enhancing more than 4 million acres of essential wildlife habitat, recruiting or retaining more than 1.5 million hunters and opening access to more than 500,000 acres for hunting and other recreation opportunities. This critical work will continue to impact wildlife habitat and our great outdoors in the final years of the initiative.
