I’ve recently returned from a couple of weeks of remote/rural driving north of Cooktown, Far North Queensland. I endeavored to explore a trail called the Wakooka/Starcke Track. Some resources were available online to help in planning for this trip, so I thought I’d contribute to those in future with my own video/review of the experience.

I was by myself, and without a winch. At least a few days from any assistance if I’d required it, so I was really careful and looked at nearly every online resources to familiarize myself with the track and conditions.

Hope you enjoy seeing a typically, American car, bush-bashing through the outback. Nothing to extreme in terms of rock-crawling, but for four days I didn’t exit low-range. Hope you enjoy, feel free to leave advice for me to apply either with the video or driving.
